We received a call from a customer in Concord who's toilet was leaking when they'd flush. It didn't happen all of the time, but often enough to be a disturbance. Our technician Casey promptly arrived at the customer's home and decided to reset the toilet. While resetting the toilet, he saw that the flange was old and in bad condition, which was causing the toilet to leak from the bottom. Casey replaced the flange, and reset the toilet. The toilet no longer leaks!
